I work with people dealing with the harder things — anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that makes everything feel flat, relationships that have gotten complicated, or life changes that have left them unsure who they are anymore.
My approach is direct. I don’t use a lot of jargon, and I don’t think therapy has to feel like an excavation of your past to be useful.
I care about what’s actually going on in your life right now — how you’re sleeping, how you’re showing up at work, what’s happening in your relationships — and I work to understand the patterns underneath that.
Sessions feel like a real conversation. Not a performance. You’ll hear what I actually think, with care but without the cushioning that makes therapy feel useless.
I work in person in Atlanta and via telehealth across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Colorado, and Nevada. I accept most major insurance through Headway and offer a sliding scale for uninsured clients.
If you’re a referring provider — I’m responsive, I have availability, and I’m easy to refer to. New client inquiries typically get a reply within one business day.
The people most likely to benefit from therapy are often the ones least likely to seek it — because they’re too busy functioning.
